Refunds
All products purchased through the shopping cart on our website are provided as complimentary samples and are therefore non-refundable. A flat shipping fee of $39 applies to all orders.
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will be happy to process a refund. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to accept any refund requests.
Returns
As the products are provided as complimentary samples, we do not accept returns. If you have any questions, please contact us before your order is shipped.
